I’m married to Andrea, and we have 2 daughters and 2 sons: Avry (16 years old), Kendra (14 years old), Cohen (12 years old) and Seth (10 years old). We moved from Winnipeg to BC in 2005 so that I could study at Regent College, where I finished my studies in 2007. I’ve been part of the Mennonite Brethren denomination by whole life, and have been serving as pastoral elder at Highland Community Church in Abbotsford since 2008. Over the last two decades I’ve also worked as a radio producer and magazine editor. Aside from reading a lot of books, I love baseball. Weird fact: I’ve been to a McDonald’s in 15 of the 17 countries I’ve visited; in the one country they didn’t have a McD’s, and in the other I accidentally (and illegally) crossed over the border.
