Sunday, June 25th as part of our Celebration Sunday we will be holding our Annual General Meeting. There will be time for discussion led by our Leadership Team regarding finances and the proposed budget followed by voting on the budget for the upcoming fiscal year.
The proposed budget and current financials have been made available at the service as of June 11th. Please contact the church office at office@coasthillschurch.com if you would like a copy.
If you know that you will be unable to attend the AGM but would like to vote on the budget please complete one of the attached proxy forms.
