With Coast Hills' fiscal year coming to an end please note the following dates:

June 1st - The 2025/2026 proposed budget and leadership reports will be available at the service. If you are not planning to attend that morning you can email the church office - office@coasthillschurch.com for a copy.

June 8th - The Leadership Team will be available to answer any questions regarding the proposed budget before the service. 9:45am in the AJ McLellan library.

June 15th - The Annual General Meeting will take place at 9:00am at AJ McLellan Elementary in the library.

We encourage everyone who considers Coast Hills their home to participate in the upcoming budget affirmation process.
 
The Leadership Team will start with a brief presentation outlining the proposed 2025/2026 budget. Following the presentation, we will open the floor for discussion and then proceed to a vote. Ballots will be available for both participating members and participating non-members of Coast Hills. We value your input in affirming the proposed budget for the upcoming fiscal year.
