Coast Hills Community Church's annual general meeting will take place at 9:30am at the Ministry Centre - #108 17828 65A Avenue (child care will be available)
If you are a member of Coast Hills we hope that you will consider attending. If you are not a member but consider Coast Hills your home please know that you are welcome to attend, we value your input.
After we hear from the Leadership team there will be a vote. We will be looking to affirm the 2024/2025 proposed budget, as well as two potential Leadership Team members, Jay Iseli and Trena Janzen.
The proposed budget will be available at the service on Sunday, June 9th. You can also email the church office or a leadership team member for a copy. We encourage you to look over the budget and email any questions that you have prior to the AGM. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions on Sunday, June 16th at 9:45am at AJ McLellan (before the service)
If you are not able to attend the AGM proxy votes will be available.
